Hi, my name is Antwan, I am a Certified Master Home Inspector committed to delivering thorough, unbiased inspections that help clients make informed decisions with assurance. My focus is on identifying current issues, potential risks, and long-term concerns so there are no surprises after the purchase. I approach every inspection with attention to detail, clear communication, and a strong emphasis on client education. My goal is not just to point out problems, but to explain what matters, what doesn’t, and what needs attention now versus later. In addition to my inspection credentials, I am also a HUD 203(k) Consultant, which strengthens my ability to evaluate homes with an eye toward repair feasibility, safety, and structural integrity. This additional expertise allows me to provide deeper insight, especially on older or distressed properties.

Along with me is my son, AJ, a certified apprentice known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow direction precisely. He takes pride in doing the job right and continues to grow through hands-on experience.
